✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received a wrong product

  • There is a manufacturing defect

📌 You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.


❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design variation (minor difference)

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

  • Products without original packaging


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Approved exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned product.

  • Replacement delivery time may take 2–4 working days.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be processed via:

    • Mobile banking / Bank transfer

  • Delivery charge is non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, we will cover return shipping.
